3DM & Wayfarer are excited to announce our Student Ministry Workshop in Atlanta, Georgia! It will be held October 8th-10th at Grace Fellowship, Snellville. This workshop will focus on putting discipleship at the center of your ministry and back in the hands of your students.

For years, Grace Fellowship has been contextualizing the 3DM tools and vehicles (including huddles and lifeshapes) to fit the exact needs of their church. They’ve had incredible success, especially in their student ministry of over 1,000 students. This is why we are hosting the workshop where they worship; we wanted to highlight their ministry, not as a perfect example, but as a living one (read my earlier blog on this subject and about this ministry) Within that blog post we put up this video, which shows their method and strategy of discipleship in their student ministry. Here it is again -

You will have opportunity to see this strategy firsthand during the workshop and then be able to process with Brain Burchik and Randy Rainwater afterward. In addition, we will be spending much of our time looking into strategies of implementing discipleship and mission into a student ministry context, both for high school and college. We will have communicators from all over the country who are involved in student ministries and have experience using the 3DM tools in their context. On top of all this, there will be ample time to spend with 3DM team members, other student ministers, and fellow participants.
