login issues

I can’t login / My username doesn’t work

If you have not registered with a new username and password then you will need to do so. We were not able to transfer the usernames and passwords from our previous site. Using Facebook or Twitter to log-in are the quickest and easiest ways to register.

download issues

My file won’t open / My downloaded zip file is empty.

.zip files take a bit of time to download. Make sure that the .zip file is completely downloaded. Also, make sure you have a unzip program that will open the file. For windows users we suggest using the free program 7zip to open the .zip files. 7zip.org

Internet Explorer “Not able to download from the site.”

The most recent update from Microsoft has render Internet Explorer not able to download from our site. We are working on the problem as we have recently become aware of the issue. Meanwhile, our suggestion is to try Google Chrome, or Firefox. They are much faster and more secure browsers than Internet Explorer.

Is your site store secure?

Yes, currently for the Chrome browser on Mac, Google is having a programming issue that they will eventually resolve. We assure you that our site store is secured by GoDaddy Security measures. Feel free to shop with your mind at ease.

SSL connection error…Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error.

There are two causes:
The most prevalent, according to Google, may be that there is the possibility that you might have spyware/malware on your computer.
The second reason would be that if you are using Google Chrome that you need to clear the SSL cert by doing this: Click on the wrench (top right) – options/settings – Network – Change proxy Settings – Content – Under Certificates, click clear SSL state. Warning! This will clear your passwords. Make sure you have a copy of your passwords.

I want to learn more about 3DM Coaching! Who do I need to talk to?

How do I know if I need 3DM Coaching or if I’m ready to join a Learning Community?

Some people who are interested in coaching actually find that they are ready to join a full 3DM learning Community. Coaching for some members of your team will be included in the Learning Community package if that is the route you choose. If you want to know more about Learning Communities click here.


What if I don’t have a team and just want personal coaching?

Some people choose coaching on an individual basis before they decide on whether they want to take their team through a Learning Community. If this interests you, fill in our expression of interest form here to receive further information.
