We are excited to announce a new college ministry track to the upcoming Learning Community in Memphis, Tennessee (first immersion Sept 29-Oct 3, 2013). This new track is specifically designed for those who are starting or developing student college ministries. This track is being launched in partnership with The Order of Mission as part of the “TOM Project,” an initiative that has a long-term vision to plant churches that will serve as centers of discipleship and mission on the 100 most influential college campuses in the United States.
There is funding available that will substantially reduce the cost for people on this track. College Ministry Track participants will share main sessions with the rest of the Learning Community but break out sessions will be tailored specifically towards applying the material to the college campus setting. Participants will also be invited to arrive a day early in order to set the context for the week.
Participants attend as teams of up to 5 people with the senior leader receiving weekly coaching throughout the two-year process. The first immersion will take place in Memphis, Tennessee September 29th – October 3rd ,2013.
