Learning Communities are the primary vehicle through which 3DM teaches and trains leaders in Discipleship, Leadership, Community and Mission. Rather than giving a random assortment of facts, inspiration, or ideas, we created an immersion experience in which teaching, training and tactics are used to equip. Along with other Christian business leaders, each gathering is spent with the 3DM team and a cohort of companies, creating a strong environment of Biblical teaching, collaboration, sharing and accountability.
At the conclusion of each experience, you and your team will leave with a six-month plan to accomplish the things you believe God is calling you and your business to. Included in the two-year track are weekly coaching calls for team members, as well as access to all of our content.

The following is a quick list of what the two-year process of a Learning Community includes.
- A total of four (4) four-day immersion experiences occurring every six months
- Weekly coaching calls between experiences
- Annual executive leader and spouses retreat
- Access to all of our experiences and resources
- Specialized on-site consulting for you and your business (additional cost)
- Continued access and participation once the process concludes
- Invitation to participate as LC alumni in annual “Communities of Practice”
The cost of the Learning Community is based on the size of the team you bring to each of the 4-day immersion experiences. The following options also reflect the number of weekly coaching huddle places available to the team.
- Team of up to 3 people, with one person in a Weekly Coaching Huddle - $5,400 per year ($450/month)
- Team of up to 5 people, with two people in a Weekly Coaching Huddle - $9,000 per year ($750/month)
- Team of up to 7 people with three people in a Weekly Coaching Huddle - $12,600 per year ($1050/month)

Coaching utilizes models and trains marketplace leaders as in how the Bible directly relates to both one’s life and the corporate world - creating more integration and wholeness in the life of the leader. In a Coaching Huddle we invest in tools, practices and skills for imitating the life and ministry of Jesus. These tools are simple, memorable and reproducible, which allows you to pass them on to others.

Our Coaching Huddles are based on three key components: Teaching, Training & Tactics. We give you everything we’ve learned for making the power of the Scriptures accessible for every area of life. We train you to use our simple tools for personal life application, discipling others and implementation into the workplace. Coaching Huddles are an excellent opportunity for all Christian leaders.
Practically, what to expect…
You and up to four other leaders will be part of a weekly, 1 hour conference call with a 3DM Coach. On the call you’ll receive new insights, community and accountability. Our coaches are experienced disciple-makers and business leaders, proficient with the 3DM tools and vehicles - with proven results in their own marketplace context.

How it works:
In working with an individual or company, an initial assessment is made - seeking to understand the current barriers and desired goals of the person/company. From there the 3DM Team puts together a proposal for consideration. Upon agreement of the proposal, work commences.
Consultants are available anywhere (from half-day sessions, weekend retreats, facilitating strategy sessions, to week-long training opportunities.
