“Go and make disciples of all the nations” - Jesus
If you make disciples you will grow the church. If you make disciples who can make more disciples, you will build a movement. Many of us have learned the importance of investing our lives into others, but have often met with the frustration of not seeing 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation disciples. What we need is a discipling culture, where those we disciple into covenant identity and kingdom responsibility, can do the same for others. A discipling culture truly is the engine for long-term, sustainable mission. This was Jesus’ plan and there was no backup plan. His hope of changing the world rested on his disciples making more disciples, who would together, as communities on mission, overcome the gates of hell in every part of this world.
To build this engine - a discipling culture - you need tools. In a Coaching Huddle we will invest in you tools, practices and skills for imitating the life and ministry of Jesus. These tools are simple, memorable and reproducible, which will allow you to pass them on generation after generation. Jesus used parables for an oral culture. We use simple shapes for an image-based culture.
Our Coaching Huddles are based on three key components: Teaching, Training & Tactics. We’ll give you everything we’ve learned for making the power of the scriptures accessible for every area of life. We’ll train you to use our simple tools for personal life application and for discipling others. And we’ll help you develop a tactical strategy for multiplying a discipling culture in your ministry context.

Practically, what to expect...
You and up to 4 other leaders will be part of a weekly, 1 hour conference call with a 3D Coach where you’ll have an opportunity to learn the powerful 3D tools for discipleship and become increasingly familiar with the vehicles of Huddle and Missional Community. In addition, you’ll receive strategic insights and practical skills that equip you to disciple the leaders in your context and release them into mission. Our coaches are experienced disciple-makers, missional leaders and church leaders, proficient with the 3D tools and vehicles and with proven results in their own ministry context.
3D Coaching is...
• Becoming a more effective disciple and learning how to build a discipling culture within any context.
• Engaging a journey of unpacking the 3DM discipling toolkit.
• Learning to disciple the way Jesus did it.
• Focusing on personal and ministerial growth.
• Experiencing healthy accountability and partnership with peers.
• SIMPLE, MEMORABLE and REPRODUCIBLE for every context.
