Eric Pfeiffer entered his first ministry position as a worship leader for a mid-sized church in Southern California, going on to serve as interim pastor for a non-denominational church in downtown San Diego, College Pastor for a congregation in Southeast, Los Angeles,  one of the pastors of a large mega-church and as a church planter using Missional Communities in Phoenix, AZ. Today, Eric oversees Coaching for 3DM, a flexible expression of leader training focused on helping Christian leaders build a discipling culture and multiply missional leaders in every context. He also serves as a pastor on staff at Pawleys Island Community Church, overseeing leadership development and training.
