Elizabeth spent 6 years at The Martin Agency, which AdvertisingAge ranked the best creative agency in America (2010). There she helped the agency pitch and win clients like Discover Card, BFGoodrich, Walmart and The Alliance for Climate Protection. She also led strategy for Walmart's brand advertising in North America as Senior Strategic Planner, overseeing a $250 million budget. When not advising communications strategies for some of the biggest brands in America, she and her husband Doug planted The Eikon Community, a network of missional churches across the United States. She has played a key role in developing, discipling and releasing this network of leaders. Elizabeth also serves as the U.S. Programs Committee Chair for blood:water mission, a Nashville-based non-profit which seeks to end the water and AIDS crises in Africa.
