From a background of teaching and strategic business consultancy, Steve Cockram is an ordained Pastor, and has served as a senior staff member at Altrincham Baptist Church (Manchester, UK), at St Thomas’ Philadelphia Church (Sheffield, UK) before moving to the US. He is now serving as the Leadership and Training Pastor at All Saints Church in Pawley's Island, SC. Steve is also one of the founding partners of 3DM, helping to pioneer and lead out all that 3DM does and has co-authored the book, “Building a Discipling Culture.” He currently gives specialist and strategic coaching to leaders all over the world.
