How Can We Encourage Multiplication in Our Missional Community?
2014/02/14
Awhile back we posted an APB on social media asking for your questions related to discipleship and mission. We recently were in Minneapolis at North Heights Church for a Learning Community and we asked some of the leaders there to answer a few of these questions.
One question we got was this:
In our Missional Community, how can we encourage multiplication when people seem to want to stay with their friends in community for the long-term?
We asked Jo Saxton to answer that question. Jo has many years of experience and fruitfulness in leading Missional Communities, both in England and the United States, and currently serves as a pastor on staff at North Heights.
