Naan Bread and Peanut Butter
There are about 14 days to go until “Baby Zee” arrives - so I decided to take a few piccies for the Scrapbook.
I did contemplate trying to come up with some profound thoughts to do with pregnancy, some wonderful refelctions on life and all that, but in the end I decided all I felt was big, uncomfortable and overheated. I am sure they will come - another time!
The final weeks are getting long…and kinda old…
The food fads are nothing to speak of anymore - though I did love Garlic and Coriander Naan bread with lots of crunchy Peanut Butter (something I think everyone should try!), and I really got into Decaffinated Diet Coke in a fiendish way. Now the only thing left is crunching ice, which I think is just me preparing for the delivery room…
I’ve loved swimming throughout the pregnancy, but decided it was time to take my goggles off and put my feet up. Besides it was getting a bit nippy in the mornings.
We had a lovely Baby Shower which replaced the really odd saccharin type baby games with intelligent conversation with great friends and generous gifts.
The crib is ready, the clothes are in place, the stroller and the car seat all ready to go. So now we wait.
